Swansea Pearlware Armorial Plate, Haynes, Dillwyn & Co c.1802-10

Rare Swansea Pearlware Plate by Haynes, Dillwyn & Co c.1802-10, white earthenware body, pearlware glaze, with feather edge, decorated with coat of arms and flower sprays in coloured enamels and gilt (probably painted by Thomas Pardoe*). Dimensions: 25 cm diam. Condition: two chips near the rim, minor ware. Impressed dimond mark on the base.
